In winter I bring the potted citrus trees inside. Here is a cluster of Meyer lemon blossoms. They smell so good. Also Calamondin orange and Key limes are blooming.

These tubers are in the sunflower family and have a lot of prebiotic fiber. They have a nutty, earthy flavor. However can cause gas if you’re not used to them.

Fritz is a happy dog. His favorite activity is running outside.
